I use this in my RV because I can't count on having an electrical hookup all the time for one of those completely self cleaning ones. This also has fewer parts to break down. The snap off tabs to remove the rake and the removable pan make cleaning very easy. Raking the solid waste into the self closing container keeps the smell down. A week of 90 degree heat and a friend visited the camper and was surprised there was a litter box in it because they couldn't smell it. It fits perfectly under the bed so it is out of my way but easy for my cat to use. Since it fits with the cover on, even though my cat doesn't like the cover, I know he has enough room.

It has made cleaning up after my cat so much easier! With just a pull of the handle, the mess was done. It's a real time-saver for busy pet owners like me.
