We hope you love what you ordered! Cats and dogs are not only pets to us but also our family and friends. For their health and to avoid cross-infection, please be optimistic about the color and size before placing an order. Let's be responsible for every lovely pet!

 

If I’m not satisfied, how do I get a refund?
  • Please inspect the item promptly within 7 days from the date of receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item support@peterest-store.com (Please attach a picture or video of the item showing the original packaging and the broken part of the item.
  • If you or your cat are not completely satisfied with PETEREST within 30 days of the date of receipt, you may initiate a return request. Please send emial to support@peterest-store.com with your order number, date of purchase and reason for return. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a return address and further instructions. (We do not accept returns of refurbished products and products that are not labeled with a “30 day return policy”).
  • Return shipping costsfor products returned for personal reasons (e.g., no longer wanted or needed) will be covered by the customer. and the shipping cost (to our processing address in Florida )is around $25-$40 depending on your location(the shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund).
  • Return shipping costs for products with quality issues(broken parts, mechanism failure) or incorrect shipments will be covered by PETEREST.

 

What is the return or exchange procedure for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee? Do I need a shipping label?
  • To begin the return process, Please send emial tosupport@peterest-store.com provide your order number, date of purchase and reason for return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 2 business days with detailed return instructions (including the return label) and a return address.
  • Please send the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving a reply from our customer service team and provide logistics tracking information.
  • To avoid damage during transportation, you must clean and pack the PETEREST product and all accessories must be cleaned and packed in the original carton and packing materials to extend the life of our products. If PETEREST is missing parts or accessories, the cost of these items will be deducted from your final refund. If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned, 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted as a cleaning fee.
  • You must obtain a return label from support@peterest-store.com. We enjoy discounted shipping rates from UPS, but we are not responsible for returns without a return label.
  • To help us ensure the safe delivery of your package and to expedite the processing of your refund. Please reply to support@peterest-store.comwith the tracking number of the shipment when returning the item.

 

I have thrown away the original packaging! Does this mean I can't return PETEREST?

You can definitely still return your unit! However, our boxes are designed to cradle the device to prevent any damage during transportation. If the original box is not available, we recommend using a sturdy case with sufficient padding to protect the product. If you have any questions about packaging, please feel free to contact our customer service and we will advise you on the best way to package your product.

 

How long does it take to process the refund process?
  • Once you initiate a return request, we will respond and provide a return label within 2 business days.
  • After you send back the product, we will inspect it and process the refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return).
